Alliedge Digital provides digital marketing, branding, social media management, advertising, content creation, website-related services, and other marketing solutions as agreed upon with the client.
The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in proposals, quotations, or written agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
- Share content, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines
- Ensure they own or have rights to all materials provided
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and results.
3. Payments and Billing
- All fees must be paid as per agreed terms
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension
- Taxes (GST or others) will be charged as applicable
4. Intellectual Property
- All original content, creatives, designs, strategies, and materials developed by Alliedge Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified
- Alliedge Digital reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, business, and sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
6. Performance Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver the best possible results, Alliedge Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales numbers, leads, rankings, or revenue, as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, or others. We are not responsible for changes in their policies, algorithms, account suspensions, or service disruptions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the agreed terms. No refunds will be provided for work already completed or payments already made.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alliedge Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Alliedge Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
